The Executive Assistant is a professional profile significantly changed over the past 20 years and in its continuous evolution process it has taken on new tasks and responsibilities. |

This role, from Secretary - simple repository of information about the company - became Manager Assistant taking an active role with sourcing and management capabilities. Even more, in contemporary organizations and global issue, the Manager Assistant tends to be the hub of the general cross-company processes and the boundary between the company itself, customers, internal and external suppliers, both domestically and internationally. |

In particular, the Manager Assistant is required to:
- Have an ability to communicate and manage professional relationships with their managers and between them and the external environment
- Contribute to stick together manager’s working team
- Support the decision making process of managers, identifying problems, needs and proposing solutions
- Contribute to the organizational improvement through the quality of the information system

| In this context, MACSE training proposal consists in a path on six thematic areas identified as essential for the development of the profile of the Directors Assistant and which contents are designed in close partnership with customers. The path can also be customized according to customer's specific needs. |
|
The thematic areas of pathway:
- Working on projects according to “change management” perspective
- Communication and team working
- English and Italian written communication
- Problem solving and problem setting
- Intercultural Day
- Public speaking

| At the end of the course a follow-up meeting is scheduled together with a verification of the on the job learning transfer and any experienced critical issue. |
